The Role

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for :

Leading site-wide operations across warehousing, fulfilment, and distribution.

Driving operational performance, safety, service quality, and profitability.

Developing and motivating a high-performing team.

Delivering process improvements and embedding operational best practice.

Aligning site activity with the overall business strategy.

Candidate Profile

Strong leadership experience in logistics, fulfilment or e-commerce operations.

5+ Years experience as a Warehouse Operations Manager in a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain environment.

A commercial mindset with a track record of delivering cost efficiencies without compromising service.

Proven success in scaling operations and leading change.

Excellent people management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Competitive base salary of £50,000 - £55,000
