Job description

To deliver Southway’s core service charge accounting operations including :

• commitment to the delivery of a professional and effective customer service, collaborative working with colleagues across the organisation, and contributing to the successful delivery of the service charge team objectives.
• production and evaluation of accounting, budgetary and financial performance information.
• management of service charge arrangements and providing assistance to the rent & service charge team.
• Supporting the improvement of service charge processes and practice to deliver good customer service experience and improve value for money
