Hours : Full-time 36 or 48 hours per week

Qualifications : No NVQ required (NVQ Level 2 / 3 in Health & Social Care desirable)

Our client is looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Healthcare Assistants (HCA) to join their nursing home in Letchworth Garden City on night shifts . This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about providing high-quality care and support for elderly residents, including those living with dementia, nursing needs, and palliative care .

You dont need formal qualifications to apply full training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high standards of personal care, including washing, dressing, mobility support, and continence care.

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents during the night.

Assist with medication prompts and night-time routines as directed by nurses.

Accurately complete care records and handovers.
