Interim Business Analyst

Overview

Pearse Professionals is working with a PE-backed retail business undergoing a multi-year digital transformation to evolve into a more digital-first operating environment. The organization has historically driven growth through a highly structured, price-led catalogue cycle supported by an extensive network of independents. While an online channel exists, the next phase of growth focuses on translating the core catalogue experience into a scalable, digital-first journey without disrupting the existing revenue engine.

This Business Analyst role is business-facing, focusing on process, requirements, customer journeys and change enablement, working closely with digital, transformation and change leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and document end-to-end customer and entrepreneur journeys
• Translate business needs into clear, prioritised requirements
• Support global stakeholders across markets with varying levels of digital maturity
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions (strong facilitation skills essential)
• Partner closely with transformation and change resources to support adoption
• Balance work across a large roadmap with shifting priorities
