Overview

To support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of health and wellbeing programmes within Luton Town Community Trust, the role involves direct engagement with participants, administrative support, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering health and wellbeing programmes.
• Facilitate sessions and engage with participants across diverse age groups and backgrounds.
• Collect attendance data, feedback, and case studies to support impact reporting.
• Support outreach activities and represent the Club at community events.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and equality policies.
• Work collaboratively with other Trust staff and wider team.
• Support volunteers and sessional staff during programme delivery.
• Assist with scheduling, venue booking, and preparation of session materials.
• Help with reporting to funders and internal stakeholders.
• Support funding applications with relevant data and case studies.
• Support match day activations on a rotating basis.
