BRICKWORK & BLOCKWORK ESTIMATOR

Location : South Woodham Ferrers

Salary & Package : £55,000 to £80,000 – Negotiable based on experience

The company are a major player in the brick and blockwork sector. With a £25M pa turnover The market is up and the demand for top quality brick & blockwork higher than ever, they are looking for an experienced Estimator to lead their tendering process and secure new projects.

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in shaping the company.

Your responsibilities will include :

✅ Taking full charge of all tenders – from initial take-offs and pricing BoQs to final submission.

✅ Leading contract negotiations – securing new projects that align with their expertise.

✅ Providing commercial insight – helping directors make strategic business decisions.

– Projects ranging from £250,000 into millions

– Work closely with directors

What They’re Looking For :

• ️ Proven Estimator experience in brick & blockwork.
• ️ Strong commercial acumen with a track record of securing profitable projects.
• ️ Excellent client-facing & negotiation skills – confident in relationship building.
• ️ Ability to lead all aspects of pre-construction & tendering.
