Job descriptionProvide on-going support to delivery teams on several live projects, like Union Park and Alliance Park. Manage the end-to-end delivery of MEP packages, from design and planning to installation, commissioning, and final handover. Keep track of programme, budget, and quality, whilst also managing risk, to ensure the project is following specifications and regulations. Support and promote the MEP subcontractors' performance, ensuring health and safety standards are being followed. Provide additional support to commercial teams with change management, procurement, and cost control. Manage the delivery of complex, high-specification projects across a variety of sectors, including data centres. Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field, is ideal Extensive MEP project management experience on high-security and / or large-scale projects. Solid technical background in mechanical and / or electrical engineering. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills, with a problem-solving mindset. Understanding of CDM regulations and MEP commissioning processes

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a well-established construction company, in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be required to work on a hybrid basis, around the London area, as a part of a roaming role, with no set location. Within this role, you will be supporting the delivery teams on projects, such as Union Park and Alliance Park, as an active member of a skilled and motivated team.
- Competitive salary ranging from £80,000-£90,000 (depending on experience).
