Are you a driven Assistant Manager with a passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional 1-2-1 customer experiences? This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious luxury jewellery brand known for craftsmanship, heritage, and outstanding service.

We're looking for an Assistant Manager who thrives in a boutique-style environment, where building lasting relationships and offering tailored service is at the heart of everything you do. You'll support the Store Manager in all areas of store operations while leading and inspiring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as a hands-on Assistant Manager, driving performance through leadership, coaching, and leading by example.

Deliver exceptional service in a 1-2-1 retail environment, ensuring every customer receives a personalised experience.

Motivate and support the team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Oversee daily operations, visual merchandising, and stock management.

Uphold brand standards and ensure the store reflects the brand's luxury image at all times.

What We're Looking For :

Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a premium or luxury retail environment.

A natural people leader who leads from the front and inspires trust and energy.

Strong background in 1-2-1 sales - ideally from jewellery, fashion, accessories, or high-end beauty.

Passionate about clienteling and nurturing loyal customer relationships.

Commercial mindset with a focus on results, standards, and team development.
