KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Build project plans and schedules to support the successful execution of projects including campaign asset creation, graphics, copywriting, print collateral, website page updates or content migrations, and global initiatives.
- Partner with the Regional Marketing stakeholders to document and communicate key planning / program initiation meeting outcomes.
- Build project plans and timetables that include regional rollups. Ensure all deliverables align with project scope.
- Schedule and drive status meetings. Determine agendas, highlight key milestones, drive issue resolution, and maintain action logs / plans. Summarise and communicate meeting outcomes.
- Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on time and risks
- Hold offline meetings with various execution teams to ensure that priorities are communicated, issues are resolved, and efforts are coordinated.
- Maintain communication with all project stakeholders to ensure inter-departmental alignment, optimisation of resources, smooth handoffs, and program consistency.
- Request creative and production resources through production management tool.
- Keep track of and oversee progress, handoffs, and the status of deliverables.
- Audit program once completed, determine improvements, and implement process change.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- 4-7 years in project management
- Experience managing marketing related projects
- Understanding of SaaS and / or enterprise software marketing a plus.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Basecamp, Microsoft Project)
- Proven ability to manage a large multi-faceted project / campaign or multiple projects at the same time
- Proven ability to direct / manage cross functional, virtual teams.
- Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions, choose alternatives, and improve overall processes
