Refrigeration Engineer

Branta Recruitment are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing engineering team covering the Yorkshire region. Whether your background is in industrial refrigeration or you bring strong commercial experience, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality installation, servicing, and maintenance across customer sites in the Yorkshire region.

Build positive customer relationships, providing guidance and technical support.

Work collaboratively within the branch team to share knowledge and deliver service excellence.

The Candidate

Experience in servicing and maintaining refrigeration equipment industrial & commercial.

Knowledge of NH3 and CO2 systems desirable but not essential.

Motivated, proactive, and keen to progress within a supportive, structured development programme.

Package & Benefits

£45,000-£55,000 - graded based on skills

Additional earnings : 10–20% via standby rota and weekend work.

Choice of car or van.

35 days inclusive of bank holidays.
