Care Assistant

Responsibilities :

• Personal Care : Assist residents with daily personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Mobility Support : Help residents move safely around the care home, using equipment as required.
• Meal Assistance : Support residents during meal times, including feeding if necessary.
• Emotional Support : Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
• Health Monitoring : Assist with monitoring residents' health, reporting any changes to senior staff.
• Housekeeping : Help maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment in the care home.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns or incidents to senior care staff.
