Base pay range

£130,000 - £150,000 plus a 15% bonus and include travel to international sites.

Overview

Senior Manager - US, UK & Europe - Finance and Accounting, HR and Talent and Legal at Ad Idem Consulting Group. Permanent full-time opportunity in a growing technology business for the Head of Corporate Legal Affairs based in London.

Role summary

You will set up and improve legal compliance, and strategically advise senior leaders operating within a robust legal governance framework. Responsibilities include :

  • Compliance for the UK and international locations
  • Management of external litigation
  • Mergers and acquisitions and divestments
  • Legal contract review
  • Develop, implement and maintain policies plus so much more

Qualifications

This role requires :

  • A law degree with a postgraduate qualification
  • 10+ years of legal experience
  • Previous technology sector experience
  • Familiarity with international legal frameworks and hands-on M&A experience
  • Ideally, experience setting up an international group legal function and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
