Pay Rate : £25 per hour + Mileage (45p per mile)

As a Plumber you will join our team based in Epsom and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of building services systems. This static role requires expertise in mechanical systems, and you will be responsible for maintenance, repair, and servicing tasks to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and tests on mechanical systems to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.

Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues with building services equipment such as HVAC systems

Carry out planned preventive maintenance tasks to minimize system downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Respond promptly and effectively to reactive maintenance requests, resolving issues and ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants.
