Service Design Analyst - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - London (Hybrid) - £80,000 per annum\n\nA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Design Analyst to join our London based global professional services firm on a 12 month fixed term contract.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport delivery of a business professional transformation programme through service data analysis and portfolio-level service design support.\nAssist in developing and maintaining the global service portfolio framework, including drafting templates and structured documentation.\nCollate service requirements, capturing user feedback and insights to inform service design.\nConsolidate service information to support the development of service blueprints and interaction models.\nCreate and maintain templates to enable consistent service design activities across enterprise and functional teams.\nAnalyse data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and optimisation opportunities, providing actionable insights to programme and project teams.\nDevelop and maintain service catalogues based on validated service data.\nSupport workshop design and facilitation activities, including process mapping sessions.\nContribute to business readiness assessments and transitional activities across workstreams.\nConsolidate and validate data from multiple sources to ensure integrity and consistency.\nMaintain documentation and support change and communication activities, including training materials and service playbooks.\nContribute to service-level impact assessments and transformation planning activities.\n\nKey Experience\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capability with experience interpreting and synthesising complex data.\nExperience in process mapping and supporting structured service design activities.\nUnderstanding of service design and operating model principles.\nExperience contributing to customer journey mapping, persona development, or related service experience frameworks.\nProficiency in data visualisation and analysis tools, including Power BI and Excel.\nAbility to generate insights that inform decision-making within transformation programmes.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse teams.\nExperience working within complex, global professional services or corporate environments.\nExposure to operating model transformation or large-scale change programmes.\n\nService Design Analyst - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - London (Hybrid) - £80,000 per annum\n\nIn accordance with the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, this position is advertised based upon DGH Recruitment Limited having first sought approval of its client to find candidates for this position.\n\nDGH Recruitment Limited acts as both an Employment Agency and Employment Business
