Job Duties :

• Support : Provide 1 : 1 support to students with SEN in a classroom setting. ‍
• Assist : Help teachers implement individual education plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Engage : Monitor and supervise students during class activities, ensuring they understand instructions and tasks.
• Manage : De-escalate challenging behavior with positivity and effective behavior management techniques.
• Communicate : Build positive relationships with teachers, parents, and professionals while maintaining detailed records of each child’s progress.
• Nurture : Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that helps children integrate into school life more easily.
