We are looking for reliable and hardworking production operatives to become a key part of our fast-paced, innovative team. You will be working in a state-of-the-art facility, playing a vital role in ensuring the production of high-quality herbs and salads for our customers.

Your Role :

Seeding and Planting : You'll be responsible for seeding new trays of crops, preparing them for growth.

Harvesting : You will carefully harvest crops, ensuring they meet quality standards.

Packing : Once harvested, you'll be involved in packing the crops for retail and food service customers.

Daily Duties : Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the production area, ensuring food safety protocols are always followed.

Sample Collection and Record Keeping : Regularly collecting crop samples for quality checks and keeping accurate production records.

Adaptability : Being able to switch tasks when needed and thrive in an environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and food safety.Requirements :

Food Production Experience : Previous experience in a food production environment is required, as you will need to follow strict food safety standards and processes.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
