They're looking for a confident, qualified surveyor to play a key role in their Manchester office - leading Home Buyer Surveys (Level 2 & 3) and supporting the continued growth of the residential division. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's passionate about quality, customer service, and making a real impact in a close-knit, professional team.

What you'll be doing :

• Undertaking Level 2 and Level 3 RICS Homebuyer Surveys and Building Surveys
• Helping manage and grow the residential surveying team
