What You’ll Be Doing :

You’ll be at the heart of their financial operations — ensuring robust financial control, driving insight-led decision making, and overseeing a finance team. You’ll bring clarity, rigour and direction across all areas of finance, playing a crucial role in both day-to-day management and long-term strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and operational leads, providing expert financial and commercial guidance
• Drive financial performance through strong analysis, insight, and decision support
• Lead on all budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting activities
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts
• Oversee completion of statutory accounts and corporation tax returns
• Own and improve core finance processes, controls and reporting frameworks
• Operate the Company Secretarial role with full accountability
• Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance
