We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage two of our mental health services. The role requires working flexibly to support people with mental health needs and physical health problems, helping them live full lives in their local community while monitoring and maintaining their health and well‑being.

You will develop professional relationships within a multi-disciplinary team and with the family members of the people you support. You will be a positive role model to the people you supervise, ensuring they provide a high standard of care and support and that opportunities for their training and development are supplied. You will be responsible for monitoring individual support for each person and ensuring support is delivered in a person‑centred manner.

Team Leader Responsibilities

• Leading a team of experienced Support Workers and ensuring that support is delivered appropriately and professionally.
• Compiling a rota to meet the needs of the service.
• Ensuring staff are trained adequately, and are confident and competent in their role.
• Submitting and monitoring timesheets to ensure all are paid in a timely manner.
• Supervising others and giving regular support to your staff team.

Experience is required for this position. Our two services are located within a five‑minute walk of one another, with access to multiple public transport routes.
