End to end procurement within the HR and Marketing category
Supporting the Category Lead on defining and implementing category strategies
Market and spend analysis - able to drive new opportunities to optimise cost
Ensure compliance of projects in line with internal policies, processes and procedures, able to identify any issues during negotiations and implement effective solutions
Key Skills :
Experience managing either the HR or Marketing categories within procurement. Experience in both categories is not crucial as the team are open to the successful individual developing into the lacking category area
Must be able to run a sourcing process from identification of the need to contract award
Beneficial if you have an understanding of outsourcing best practice / have negotiated outsourcing contracts
Understand best procurement practice
Currently completing or aspire to complete the CIPS qualification
