Business Development Manager

At Paragon Works, we're not just about solutions — we're about the people who power them. Right now, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead from the front in our Managed IT Services division.

This is more than a sales role — it's a relationship‑building, solution‑shaping, future‑driving position. You'll be the face of Paragon Works in the Manchester region, growing existing accounts and unlocking new opportunities. You'll need to understand what matters to clients, position smart solutions, and always deliver with integrity.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Building and nurturing strong, long‑term client relationships
• Driving new business in a competitive market
• Understanding customer needs and matching them to smart IT solutions
• Staying sharp on market trends, competitors and new opportunities
• Managing your pipeline via CRM — accurately and efficiently
• Achieving your targets and celebrating the wins
• Representing the Paragon name with professionalism, passion, and purpose

What We’re Looking For :

Salary : £42-48K - OTE - £80-120K

Plus car allowance and commission structure

Territory - Manchester M62 region
