How will I make a difference?
Valpak Limited is the UK’s leading provider of environmental compliance and data management services in the UK and internationally. Through working with major retailers and brand holders, Valpak has developed a vast database known as the Environmental Product Information Centre (EPIC) that holds one of the UK’s largest product and packaging data sets .
The Data Enrichment Manager will lead a team to ensure EPIC data is accurate and can be used to support Valpak and our clients with trend analysis and insight into packaging and products put on the market. The Data Enrichment Manager will work to identify trends , improve accuracy , and utilise the data to improve knowledge within the sector.
What will I be doing?
Manage supplier engagement, data processing, data quality, operational data administrators, and India Liaison teams
Lead Team
Ensure data integrity and maximise use of the database
Ensure EPIC and reporting capabilities are fit for current and future business needs
Expand scope of database
Be a subject matter expert in the database and how it interacts with other systems (i.e., Supplier Data Hub and Product Data Hub)
What skills will I need?
Advanced Excel skills
Experience of manipulating and reporting on large data sets
Strong analytical skills
Confident, positive, proactive, enthusiastic nature
Great attention to detail
Educated to degree level or equivalent
