Warehouse Operative and Lead Support – Night Shift

Pay : £15.60 per hour (including holiday allowance)

Shift : Midnight to 8am, Monday to Friday

Type : Temp to perm opportunity

This role supports the supervisor, helps resolve shop floor issues, serves as a key point of contact between teams and contributes to the smooth running of the night operation. You will receive forklift training and handle scanning, sorting and system-driven tasks.

Responsibilities

• Scan products with accuracy
• Operate automated machinery after training
• Support stock flow and maintain an efficient workflow
• Act as the link between operatives and the supervisor, helping resolve issues on the shop floor
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers when required
• Keep the work area safe, tidy and compliant
• Learn and operate a forklift once trained

Requirements

Overtime may be offered depending on volumes.
