Belmont Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Recovery Workers to join a reputable private charity making a real difference in the community. This is a fantastic opportunity to support individuals on their recovery journey while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Contract : Rolling contract (minimum 3 months) with potential for long-term extension

Pay Rate : £17–£21 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours : 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday

Role Overview :

As a Recovery Worker, you will :

• Manage a caseload of individuals with complex drug misuse needs
• Deliver tailored interventions through structured recovery plans
• Facilitate both 1 : 1 and group sessions
• Collaborate with detox teams to ensure integrated care
• Provide harm reduction advice, BBV interventions, and treatment recovery support
