As a Stock Controller, youll play a critical role in managing our inventory of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and consumables. You'll work closely with procurement, logistics, and clinical teams to maintain optimal stock levels, minimise waste, and ensure full compliance with health and safety standards.
Working hours : Monday to Friday
06 : 00am - 14 : 00pm
Responsibilities :
Monitor and manage stock levels across multiple departments
Process incoming deliveries and ensure accurate record-keeping
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
Coordinate with suppliers to track and expedite orders
Maintain proper storage of medical supplies in line with regulations
Identify and report any discrepancies, shortages, or excesses
Support the implementation of stock management systems
Requirements :
Proven experience in stock control, inventory, or warehouse management (experience in the medical or healthcare sector is a plus)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with stock control systems (e.g., SAP, Sage, or similar)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
