As a key member of our support team, you'll work across year groups and departments to deliver high-quality learning experiences, support targeted interventions, and contribute to the wider life of the school. 🔑 Key Responsibilities :

Lead and deliver planned learning activities across a range of subjects and age groups

Support teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and assessment

Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, including SEND and EAL

Contribute to whole-school initiatives and enrichment activities

Model and promote positive behaviour and attitudes in line with our school ethos

Collaborate with staff to uphold and advance the school's vision and values

HLTA status or equivalent qualification
