A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESERVATIONS AGENT AT THE MET HOTEL, LEEDS

2024 is set to be an exciting year for The Met with plans to restore the hotel from inside-out and transform from top to bottom; If you’re truly passionate about your career in hospitality and ready for your next challenge, then we want to hear from you!

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.

• Inputting reservations and taking new bookings
• Updating all reservations made by online agents
• Checking arrivals for following day
• Answering all email and telephone enquiries
• Inputting group rooming lists
