About the Role :

TGRC is thrilled to be recruiting a talented and enthusiastic Site Manager to lead a groundbreaking Solar PV construction project in Milton Keynes. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the renewable energy sector and join a vibrant team dedicated to sustainability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management : Take charge of the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Team Leadership : Inspire and manage the on-site team, including subcontractors and suppliers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Health & Safety Compliance : Champion health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe workplace for all team members.

Stakeholder Communication : Maintain excellent communication with clients, engineers, and senior management, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

Problem Solving : Tackle any challenges head-on, using your expertise and creativity to find effective solutions.

Quality Control : Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure all work meets the highest quality standards and contractual requirements.

Qualifications and Experience :

Proven Experience : At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, with a focus on civil engineering and Solar PV construction projects.

Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of civil engineering principles and Solar PV construction techniques.

Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals.

Health & Safety Knowledge : Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.

Excellent Communication : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with all project stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Abilities : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
