COMMERCIAL EXPERTISE
- Be accountable for the commercial success of the store and drive store performance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives and projects
- Analyse data and key performance indicators to make informed commercial decisions and drive KPIs
- Seek feedback from the store manager and plan and implement changes as appropriate
TEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
Lead and inspire a team of retail managers and sales advisors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive store performanceWork closely with the Store Manager and oversee the store in their absenceBe a FLANNELS ambassador and represent the company to our brand partners, external stakeholders and senior leadership teamsIdentify future talent within the team and support a plan for personal development and progressionDevelop strong relationships with store teams, senior managers, brand partners and external stakeholdersOPERATIONAL EFFICIANCIES
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies and proceduresManage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to meet organisational targetsUse business communication tools to oversee completion of tasks and ensure your team understand all key functionsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and streamline operationsEnsure wage controls are met on a weekly basis, ensuring store team resolve any issues quickly and effectivelyControl stock movement, run accurate store audits and implement visual standards to company guidelinesTHE PERSON
