AbouttheRole :
AsaSeniorAccountant,youlltakeonakeyroleinsupportingAccountsManagerswithadiverseclientportfolio,deliveringafullsuiteofaccountingservices,andmentoringjuniorteammembers.Youllplayapivotalroleinensuringclientsatisfactionandcompliance.
KeyResponsibilities :
Supportvariedportfolioofclients,handlingeverythingfromyear-endfinancialstatementstotaxreturnsandbookkeeping.
PreparationofaccountsforSoleTraders,PartnershipsandLtdcompanies
Supportjuniorstaffbyreviewingtheirwork,providingfeedback,andhelpingthemgrowtheirexpertise.
Buildstrong,long-lastingrelationships,offeringclientsahighlevelserviceandproactiveadvice.
Stayuptodatewiththelatestaccountingstandardsandregulations,ensuringclientcomplianceandbestpractices.
SuccessfulCandidate :
ACA / ACCAqualified(orqualifiedbyexperience),withaminimumof3yearsexperienceinarolewithinaUKaccountancypractice.
Solidunderstandingofaccountingstandards,taxregulations,andcompliance.
Strongcommunicationskills
Familiaritywithanyofthesefollowingsoftwarewouldbedesireable : IRIS,Xero,Sage,andQuickBooks.
