Position :  Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) (Year 3 and Year 4)

Location :  Primary School, Brent

Start Date :  October 13th 2025

Contract :  Full-time, Long-term

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a thriving primary school in the Wembley area. The school is seeking an enthusiastic HLTA who can confidently support teaching and learning across Year 3 and Year 4.

The Role :

Deliver high-quality learning activities and interventions across the primary age range.

Lead whole-class teaching when required, following lesson plans set by teachers.

Support individual and small groups of pupils to raise attainment and engagement.

Work closely with teaching staff to plan and adapt resources to meet the needs of all learners.

Contribute to the positive, inclusive, and nurturing ethos of the school.The Ideal Candidate Will Have :

Proven experience teaching and leading children within a school setting.

Confidence working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach.
