RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse)

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our team. You will be providing high-quality care and support to service users with complex mental health needs, ensuring their wellbeing, dignity, and independence are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe and effective nursing care in line with NMC standards.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.

Administer medication and monitor side effects in accordance with guidelines.

Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support patients’ recovery.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.

Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and their families.

Requirements

Valid NMC registration (RMN qualified).

Previous experience working within a mental health setting.

Up-to-date mandatory training (PMVA training is essential).

Right to work in the UK..
