Client project coordinator - Cosmetic industry

Our client has chosen to partner with Woodstock Recruitment to support the company with this key position. This role serves as a key point of organisation for the company and coordination between clients and the internal team, overseeing the end-to-end management of development projects.

Key responsibilities :

• Acting as project coordinator for development projects, liaising with the clients and internal memebrs of staff throughout the process to deliver the project successfully on behalf of the business and the client.
• You will work closely with all members of the team to help plan and manage each project, ensuring every person is kept up to take at every stage.
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout their product development journey and serving as the key point of contact
• Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with suppliers and clients, ensuring they want to work with the business long term
• Being involved with quotes and invoices.
• Work on software for inventory updates on materials and packaging.
• Participate in group activities, meetings, seminars, events and willing to join in company photos and videos.
• Proactively promoting our team and services, and always be looking for commercial opportunities
