Job description

Job Title : Serious Injury Solicitor

Location : Remote Working

Salary : Up to £55,000 depending on experience

Contract : Full or Part Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities :

Handling a range of multi track personal injury claims
Providing expert legal advice and client care to claimants who have sustained serious injury following road traffic accidents
Analysing key evidence, medical reports, case notes and witness statements
Drafting legal documents such as statements, pleadings and schedules of loss
Conducting case reviews under supervision, overseeing the full case cycle from start to conclusion
Liaising with key stakeholders throughout the claim journey such as solicitors, defendants, council and clients.
Allocation of administrative tasks to Paralegals and support staff

Due to the nature of the work, you will need to have gained experience working within a personal injury legal environment.

Ideally you will have exposure to multi-track personal injury or medical negligence claims, however high-end fast-track, intermediate track or similar backgrounds will be considered.
