Project Co Ordinator

XCL Group are working with an expanding client who are looking for outgoing experienced admin people to join their busy team. They are market leaders in their sector and are looking for someone who has ideally come from a utilities background and who understands the sector and has maybe experience in the planning of works. This will be an office based position and would require someone who has past experience with maps / schematic plans for different utilities in throughout different parts of the UK.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist project managers with the planning, scheduling, and coordination of utility projects.
• Review and interpret utility maps, plans, and schematic drawings to support project delivery.
• Maintain and update project trackers and schedules using Excel and internal systems.
• Act as a central point of communication between internal teams, field staff, and external stakeholders.
• Organize and document project meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing action points.
• Monitor progress against key milestones and escalate risks or delays.
• Support with the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and project documentation.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with industry and company standards.

The Ideal Candidate :

Hours : Monday – Thursday

8 : 00am – 4 : 30pm

Friday

8 : 00am – 3 : 30pm
