About us : Introduction :

As a Senior Research Manager, you will be drive significant research programmes and manage all aspects of the research whilst utilising your critical skill to challenge conventional research approaches. You will be the primary contact person to your clients, act as a subject matter expert and advise them how studies should be run, and how the results are going to help them answer their business. Internally, you will be one of the key advisors to Client Directors and peer Senior Research Managers to develop the gold standard of multi-country studies at Toluna Group.

You should have at least 5 or 6 years of experience in a research agency. You will also have robust experience of coaching junior researchers on research processes, analysis and client management. You should also have excellent analytical skills, experience of answering clients’ business questions and easily convey key takeaways through analysis and presenting.

Responsibilities :

• You will be the primary contact person of specific client teams and the lead researcher of your projects. You will have full responsibility for all aspects of your projects where you will be supported by junior researchers and work alongside with client directors.
• You will have a strong understanding of the client business issues be able to design and structure a research project to answer clients’ needs, execute the projects and extract insights articulated in effective reports and presentations.
• We are looking for someone who can effectively coordinate and work with other teams, plan ahead to ensure that deadlines are met, and who has strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
• Last but not least, we are keen on a team player who’s eager to participate and contribute ideas to team events
