• Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple fire safety refurbishment projects across social housing properties.
• Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of fire safety remediation projects, ensuring compliance with building safety regulations, particularly in relation to cladding, fire-stopping, and compartmentation.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
