A local NHS Trust we are currently working with are seeking a B5 Community Nurse to join their team in Stratford.
Team : Intermediate Care Team
Pay rate : £23 p / h (potentially negotiable depending on experience)
Contract : 3-month initial contract with potential for extension
Working Hours : Monday - Friday 08.30-16.30, 13.00-21.00 (37.5 hours)
Location : Community based in Stratford
Key responsibilities will be : Community / district Nursing, Bandaging, Catheterisation, Palliative Care, syringe Driver Care, Diabetes management, Wound Care, compression Bandaging, Suture / Staple removal, management of constipation, Administration of Medication.
To be eligible for these positions, you will need to be a registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and have experience working in the community.
