As Bar Manager, you’ll take the lead in running a busy and vibrant bar operation within one of the group’s flagship venues.

You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day service, manage stock and cellar operations, train and motivate your team, and play a key role in maintaining the venue’s excellent reputation.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas for drinks menus, events, and promotions, helping to drive sales and keep the offer fresh and exciting.

Responsibilities

As Bar Manager you will:

• Have proven experience as a Bar Manager or strong Assistant Manager within a quality hospitality environment
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and people skills with a hands‑on approach
• Have solid product knowledge across beers, wines, and spirits, with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Be confident managing stock, budgets, and rotas to ensure smooth, efficient operations
• Bring energy, professionalism, and pride in delivering a consistently great guest experience
