As a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients elderly residents. Your compassion, dedication, and commitment to the role will ensure that residents receive the personalized care they deserve. Key Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Supporting residents with mobility and daily activities, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering meaningful connections and relationships.
• Assisting with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration, adhering to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and colleagues to ensure holistic care and continuity of support for residents.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, observing and reporting any changes in residents\' health or behavior.
