What is a Reiss Assessment Centre?
We have created an immersive experience that is from 12.45 to 4.30pm on Thursday the 31st of October to let you behind the scenes of our Brand and get to know our instore teams.
With our Store Managers, Talent Team and your carefully selected Assessment Day Members, you will have a number of activities to lift the curtain on what it means to be part of Reiss and create a magical peak for our customers. Expect some Halloween Themed outfits, in Reiss Style of course, and Halloween Treats throughout the day.
Everyone invited to the day will have first had a teams call with a member of our talent team, so we hope that you will get along well with each other on the day. Our Talent Team are especially proud of ourselves when we see friendships forming throughout the day, as then we know we have selected individuals who will make a great supportive team.
We are there to support you through getting to know you exercises, packing simulations with real Reiss stock and order lists. One to one styling our Store Managers in current season Reiss.
Everyone who is successful will receive a three hour paid offsite induction before joining. Upon joining you are eligible for current season Reiss business wear, discount and commission.
What’s the role about?
Joining us as a Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll be supporting us to provide exceptional customer service in our stores to customers and to facilitate our ‘fulfil from store’ delivery service during our important Christmas and Sales periods.
Due to the nature of the seasonal roles, we are looking for both part-time and full-time Sales and Stock Associates. Applicants should be available to work any dates (excluding Christmas Day) up until January (some roles may require your availability until 31 st January ).
Depending on your availability, our seasonal employees will start in the busi ness in the months of October, November and December.
