About the Role

Our Client is seeking experienced Fire & Security Engineers with a strong background in fire alarm systems and / or security systems. The role involves carrying out maintenance, reactive work, and small installations at client premises across London, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Planned preventative maintenance of fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control, door entry, and CCTV systems

Attending reactive service calls and fault finding

Completing small works such as minor installations, additions to existing systems, upgrades, and general repairs

Producing accurate job sheets, reports, and documentation

Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards

Delivering excellent customer service and representing the company professionally on site

Skills & Qualifications

Desirable technical qualifications (not essential) :

FIA Level 3

Knowledge of BS5839 Parts 3 & 6

Practical Intruder Alarm Installation – BTEC Level 3

Intruder Alarm Repair & Maintenance – BTEC Level 3

Advanced Intruder Alarm – BTEC Level 4

Knowledge of BS EN 50131
