Key Responsibilities :

Identify and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of sourcing methods.

Manage candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Interact with candidates over the phone with professionalism and confidence.

Work closely with experienced consultants to learn and grow your recruitment skills.

Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

Provide leads and market insights to the delivery team.

Maintain and update the in-house CRM system in line with company processes.
