Need help with orchard maintenance and tree care

I have a small orchard in my backyard that needs regular maintenance. I'm looking for someone experienced in pruning fruit trees, removing weeds, and general care to keep the trees healthy and productive. Ideally, you should know how to identify any issues with the trees and suggest treatments if necessary. The orchard has about 15 fruit trees including apple, pear, and cherry. I prefer someone who can work carefully and efficiently. Looking forward to finding a reliable gardener to help with this seasonal task.
