What You'll Be Doing : Assisting with cost estimating and tender preparationSupporting the commercial team with project budgeting and forecastingAttending site visits and helping with material take-offsLearning how to manage contracts, variations, and valuationsHelping with the procurement of subcontractors and materialsReceiving mentorship and hands-on training from experienced QS and Estimator professionalsWhat We’re Looking For : A genuine interest in construction, commercial management, or quantity surveyingGood maths and analytical skills, with an eye for detailA proactive attitude and willingness to learnStrong communication and organisational skillsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordWorking towards or recently completed a relevant qualification (e.g., BTEC, HNC, Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management)No prior experience is required — just enthusiasm and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry.
