We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our award‑winning team. Our New Business team is responsible for driving growth by identifying opportunities through lead generation, networking, referrals, social media and your initiative.

Key objectives & responsibilities

• Spot and seize opportunities: Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling chances for new and existing clients, use team‑provided leads and innovate new ways to boost volume.
• Insurance whisperer: Deliver outstanding service by truly understanding our client’s business operations, opportunities and risks.
• The Negotiator: Work your magic with Underwriters to secure the best rates for our clients.
• Market Explorer: Discover new markets, untapped schemes and opportunities to fuel our business growth.
• Compliance Champion: Stay organised and ensure we always meet compliance benchmarks.
