Clinic Area Manager

Overview

Clinic Area Manager – North East England at Randox Health. This role manages Randox Health clinics in the North East region, including Newcastle upon Tyne, Sheffield, York and other locations as the network expands.

What the Randox Health team does

Randox Health encourages a personalised, preventative approach to health. Using Randox technology we measure health biomarkers and use data and algorithms to predict future health concerns and identify early signs of illness, enabling preventive care. Our biomarker tracking service allows establishing a health baseline to monitor improvements over time.

Role details

Location : North East England; Coverage includes Newcastle upon Tyne, Sheffield, York and potentially others.

Contract offered : Full-time, Permanent.

Working hours : 8.40am to 5.20pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility required, including some weekend work.

Role responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations including ISO and Care Quality Commission for clinics.
• Ensure staff adherence to the Quality Management System.
• Manage clinical staff across multiple clinics in the North East and maintain relations with GPs, specialists, doctors and couriers.
• Staff development and appraisal; coordinating training plans
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Manage clinic expenditure
• Coordinate with the quality team for internal audits, incident reporting, and corrective / preventive actions
• Ensure sufficient management of supplies, equipment, fixtures and fittings
• Cover reception duties when needed
• Provide high level of customer service and care to all clients
• Foster effective teamwork and communication across the business
• Maintain confidentiality and proper storage of confidential information
• Master software procedures and clinic roles
• Assist with recruitment as required
• Rota optimization and management to meet client requirements and financial targets
• Regular travel within the North East clinic network
