Advanced Practitioner - Adults Team

You will be working within a well respected Local Authority based in the Somerset area. The manager is looking for an experienced advanced practitioner to manage staff and the complex situations which arise within the team. You will be skilled in developing others and in proving supportive and reflective challenge to others. This role will be in an acute hospital team.
