Join Our Team as an Event Coordinator! 🎉

Location : Central London

Contract Type : Permanent

Salary : £35,000 - £40,000 per annum plus bonus!

Working Pattern : Full Time

As our Event Coordinator, you will :

Collaborate with the Executive Assistant on various administrative duties

Plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring everything runs seamlessly

Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers

Assist with travel arrangements for brokers, including visa processes

Support brokers with clerical and administrative tasks

Help manage the signatures of important documents

Coordinate meetings and appointments efficiently

Attend meetings and document notes with precision

Maintain the company address book for smooth communication

Prebook meeting rooms and arrange refreshments 🍵

Handle courier dispatches and receiptsEssential Skills :

We are looking for candidates who possess :

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities ✍️

Outstanding organisational and time-management skills

Proficiency in office software packagesPersonal Attributes and Experience :

Previous experience organising global events up to 400+ attendees

Discretion and trustworthiness are essential

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Self-motivated with a drive to succeed

Positive attitude, proactive approach, and readiness to learn
