Job Title : Registered General Nurse - Disability Assessor

Location : Redcar, Civic and Leisure Centre, Ridley Street, Redcar, TS10 1TD

Contract Type : Permanent

Starting salary : Starting salary £37,500 with OTE up to £43,450

About You :

Join Medacs Healthcare as a Regisred General Nurse - Disability Assessor and use your clinical expertise in a rewarding hybrid role based in Redcar.

As an experienced Disability Assessor, you'll assess, discuss, and report on how conditions impact daily living through face-to-face or telephone assessments.

Key Responsibilities :

Strong report writing, communication
Organisation, and time management skills.
Typing proficiency and IT system navigation skills.
A commitment to integrity and delivering a high-quality service.

Essential Qualifications :

Full UK Right to Work - we are not able to support sponsorship to work in the UK at this time.

Current and unrestricted NMC registration

A minimum of 1 year post-registration UK experience (NHS or private healthcare providers)

Experience in a range of clinical settings and / or specialties

Applications also welcome from Registered Mental Health Nurses, Registered Learning Disability Nurses, Community Nurses, Practice Nurses, Community Psychiatric Nurses (CPN's), and District Nurses.
